You can log in to your account to view your balance at any time by visiting
https://account.swarcoeconnect.org/user/login
Once logged in you can view your balance as well as download PDFs of all historic invoices.
When you created an account with us, you registered a direct debit mandate. When you use a Charging Station with a tariff, the balance you incur will be assigned to your account and at the end of each month, your total balance will be automatically deducted from your bank.
No problem! If you don’t wish to create an account, you can still access the Chargers by using:

PAYG
Dependent on the card you use, it may take up to 7 working days for the pre-auth amount to clear from your balance, however this is extremely rare. If you’re concerned about a pre-auth remaining on your balance, please contact us on 0208 515 8444 or via email at driversupport.uk@swarco.com
If you charged on the network using either WebPay or your contactless bank card and would like an invoice emailed to you, please email us at driversupport.uk@swarco.com, and we will forward it onto you.
When you use any method of payment, other than RFID card to charge, we will carry out a ‘pre-auth’ transaction on your card prior to a session taking place. This pre-auth will check the card is active and reserve up to £35 from your balance. Once the session complete, we will capture the funds from your account, releasing the hold on any amount remaining from your pre-auth.
For example, we may pre-authorise £35. If your session is £17, we will capture £17 and cancel the remaining pre-auth amount.
Stripe
As of the 15th April all existing accounts and any new accounts will be required to set up payment process through our new payment provider, Stripe. If you currently activate a charging session by using the mobile app or RFID card and pay via direct debit mandate and you do not update your payment details by the 15th April, you will be blocked from using the network.
If you don´t want to set up a Stripe account, Evolt Network offers a variety of other payment options such as WebPay or direct Contactless payments where enabled.
Unless you are a fleet account or a charge point owner, all drivers will pay as they charge (similarly to paying via using contactless bank payment).
Once the session is completed this will show on your account.
General charging
The speed your EV Charges at depends on the power of the Charging Point, your vehicle’s battery size and your vehicle’s state of charge. Generally public AC Charging infrastructure distributes power at 7kWh’s, however this may be limited by your vehicle or, in some rare circumstances, by the post itself.
Most Rapid Chargers you will come across will distribute 50kWh of power during a charge cycle, which should be enough to have you powered up to around 80% capacity within 30 minutes.
In 2020 100 kWh and 150 kWh chargers began to be installed across the UK, whilst all vehicles with Rapid Charging compatibility can use these stations, many drivers will be limited to 50 kWh output by their vehicle.
If you have questions about charge speed your vehicle is receiving, your vehicle dealership should be able to give you some guidance.
All of our public AC chargers are fitted with a 62196-2 socket. Unless you are using a Rapid Charger, you will need to bring your own Type-2 cable in order to be able to charge.
